format explainers covering the biggest milestones of the year in valorant’s global competitive scene: the start of the season, both masters events, and the final showdown at champions.

we worked on shaping the videos through editing and post-production, making sure they looked and felt as polished as the competition itself.

we’ve been creating competitive format explainers for riot games’ biggest IPs for a long time, and one of the things we love most about working with valorant is that every tournament comes with its own visual identity. finding a unique aesthetic and visual language for each one is always a challenge, but it’s also what makes these projects so much fun and keeps us motivated to find something new every time.

we’re valorant players ourselves, so we know what it feels like not only to struggle with understanding a tournament format, but also to lose focus halfway through someone explaining it to you. that’s why we try to make these videos epic and easy to follow without ever making them feel dense, so you come away knowing exactly how the format works and with the sudden urge to queue up for a ranked game. entirely at your own risk.
